Pennie Laura PROCTOR and Ernest Webster PROCTOR were married.^28,32 Ernest Webster PROCTOR⁴², son of William Fredrick PROCTOR and Mary Etta JOYNER, was born on 16 December 1904 in North Carolina.³² He died on 13 January 1969 at the age of 64 in Wilson, Wilson County, North Carolina.³² He was buried on 16 January 1969 in Wilson County, North Carolina.³²
